Develop the Systems That Accelerate Science
The Work. Our Playground.
We’re healthy, obsessed, and unbalanced nerds. We push hard, have fun, and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We believe in aggressive execution and vulnerable communication—because when you care deeply, you feel the heat. That’s the game we play.
Clinical research isn’t just what we do. It’s who we are—our job, our hobby, our passion, and our purpose.
We call it The Playground.
Below, you’ll find our modus operandi. "The Principles". These aren’t just big words. Before you join Yendou, we’ll show you exactly what they look like in action.
How We Think About Hiring
If each of us hires people who are bigger than we are, we shall become a company of giants

Yendou's Principles
Customer empowerment is our first, second and third priority
We are in the business of empowering innovators to deliver life-saving therapeutics to patients faster. In order to empower, We got to care. And we care End-to-End.
Success is a Team Sport
We are a sport team. No one person possesses everything required to produce success, yet everyone must excel.
Believe You Are a Winner to Win
Winners win. Losers lose. Why? Because winning is an attitude, not a result. And Winning vs. losing is you vs. you battle.
Growth is Our Ultimate Perk
Yendou isn’t a fun place to work at because it’s easy. But because we expect all of us to be a little bit better, a little bit faster every single day. Personal Growth is the perk!
Maximize Your Evolution or Die
Dead brains kill companies. The evolutionary cycle is not just for people but for countries, economies, companies and brains. Which means: There is no constant state of intelligence, you either get smarter and do smart work or dumber and do dumb mistakes. At Yendou we maximize our growth by making learning a priority.
Understand first, solve second
We approach every challenge by breaking it down to its fundamental truths, then build solutions from the ground up. Boil things down to the most fundamental truths and ask yourself “What are we sure is true?”... and then reason up from there.
How? 1) Deconstruct the Challenge. 2) Remove Assumptions. 3) Build from the ground up. 4) Iterate relentlessly
Beautiful is Everything We Create
Creations of nature are beautiful. As humans, we obey the same rules. Everything we build must respect the aesthetic standards of the world we live in. We design beauty. We inhabit beauty. We build beauty. We ship beauty.
Work is Play—So Play Hard
This is not work — it’s our playground. Achieving our mission demands relentless intensity and effort, so we gotta play hard.
Play hard means, putting in the hours
Play hard means being hands-on
Play hard means being deeply involved in every aspect of the work.
Play hard means sacrificing comfort for achievement. Because achievement is where we find comfort.
Playing hard isn’t Burning out. It’s doing what you love.
Work is Play—So Play Smart
Since work is our play, it is also important to play smart.
Sometimes, play smart means thinking first, then executing second.
Sometimes, play smart means forgetting the to-do list and getting things done.
Sometimes, play smart means giving it some time.
Sometimes, play smart means taking the shortcut.
Sometimes, play smart means stealing and making it better.
Sometimes, play smart means creating something new.
Sometimes, play smart means doing it wrong to figure out how to do it right.
Often, smart is “Just crazy enough to work".
Prioritize for Impact ruthlessly
Ruthlessly prioritize. Ask yourself: Which task will make the biggest difference for Yendou? Not all tasks—or problems—are equal. Focus on the 20% that deliver 80% of the results. Features, sites, customers, sales, operations, people—everything.
Be a Doer.
Shipping is king. Talk is cheap. Stay focused and keep shipping: We are a company of builders. What doesn’t exist cannot impact the world. What is not sold cannot be used. So we ship.
Ship your design. Ship your code. Deliver to the Customer. That’s how you make progress—by showing the world what’s possible.
Do It Fast
You don’t know if you’re doing a good job until you ship. Shipping is how you learn and improve. Moving fast doesn’t just win; it gives you an edge in what comes next.
Why else move fast? The difference between a business and a VC-backed startup is that a startup is an organization designed for accelerated growth.
The growth trajectory cannot be linear; it must be exponential. Otherwise, the market throw it away to die.
Be Bold
Dare to Be Wrong to be right (After getting it wrong—getting it right comes next).
Make Mistakes to learn faster.
Take risks that seem crazy but could work.
Ditch Normal. Think out of the box and Act on it!
Push The Limits To Figure it Out Fast!
Extreme ownership End-to-End
As a founding team member with Yendou shares, nothing is “not your problem”. If something needs to be done, you step up. Every task has a single owner—not a group. Internally, we speak and perform in terms of ‘I’ and ‘you’, not “we”. Ownership means being in charge—driving tasks, decisions, and outcomes.
Radical Honesty Is The Only Way
Honesty is the simplest way to do good work, build trust and get results. Without it we fail.
Honest people worry more about the substance than the style.
Why: Conflicts are essential to build great relationships, because they help you determine whether peoples’ principles are aligned with yours and help you fix differences.
Being honest is pushing everyone hard because you know they can be more. They can become more, because you believe.
Honesty is saying, “I failed,” with the humility of a rational being committed to growth.
Honesty is saying, “I don’t know,” with the pride of a person who seeks knowledge.
Honesty is saying, “You messed up!,” out of respect for another’s capacity to improve.
Honesty is asking for what you need to succeed, because that is the only way to get it and succeed.
Honesty is calling out bad behaviour, because you do not tolerate mediocrity.
Honesty is saying, “Your priorities are wrong,” because it threatens your and yendou’s progress.
We Are A Zero Ego Culture
At Yendou, we have zero tolerance for ego and politics — they kill productivity and undermine empowerment. Trust is our foundation: trust that every team member acts in Yendou’s best interest and aligns with our shared mission.
We’re one team, rowing in the same direction. No politics, no egos — just 1+1 = Rocket to Mars. Transparency, honesty, and boldness drive us forward. Like soldiers on a battlefield, we’ve got each other’s backs, forming an unbreakable team ready to win every battle and achieve the extraordinary.
Be an Optimist
Optimism isn’t optional—it’s oxygen. At Yendou, we do not stand grumpiness. Sure, bad days happen, but being a bad day person? That’s a hard no. Bad moods spread like a virus, sapping morale and slowing progress. Grumpy people are the entropy we fight against every day. They’re a bug in the system, and our job is to debug it—ruthlessly.
Optimize for The Whole to Win
Contribute to the whole, and you will be rewarded — because your equity only gains value when the company as a whole succeeds. Individual wins mean little unless they drive collective progress.
Your efforts must optimize not just for your success, but for the success of the entire team, product, and mission. When you contribute to the whole, you don’t just build a company — you build value for everyone involved.
How We Think About Software
PharmaTech Software has no magic
You say 'I' and you are proud of this word. But greater than this - although you will not believe in it - is your body and its great intelligence, which does not say 'I' but performs 'I'.
– Nietzsche
